1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online fee payment facility provided by N.M. PUBLIC SCHOOL. By accessing or initiating a payment through this portal, parents, guardians, and students agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Fee Schedules & Due Dates

School fees must be deposited in accordance with the prescribed fee schedule and quarterly cycles published in the school prospectus and academic calendar.

Payments received after the specified due dates shall attract applicable late fee charges in accordance with school policy.
The payer is responsible for ensuring that payments are initiated well before the due date to avoid delays caused by banking settlement cycles.

3. Payer Responsibilities & Accuracy

It is the sole responsibility of the parent or payer to verify the student admission number, student name, class, fee breakdown, and payment amount before authorizing any transaction. The School is not liable for transactions made to incorrect student accounts due to user entry error.

4. Payment Gateway & Banking Charges

Payments made through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI are processed via secure authorized banking payment gateways. Any applicable convenience fees, service taxes, or processing charges levied by banks or gateway providers are non-refundable.

5. Payment Confirmation & Official Receipts

A transaction is deemed successful only upon the generation of a valid transaction reference ID and downloadable electronic fee receipt.

In the event that funds are debited from the payer's account without receipt generation, please allow up to 24-48 hours for bank reconciliation before re-attempting payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

While the School makes every effort to maintain continuous availability of online payment facilities, we shall not be held liable for temporary system downtime, bank server timeouts, payment gateway latency, or third-party telecommunication failures beyond our control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Budh Nagar (G.B. Nagar), Uttar Pradesh.
